Author One-Frame webpage where do I put my Intro?

I have created an 100+ frame animated intro that ends up with the interface of
my webpage showing up.
Im kinda new to creating websites in Flash but I wanna use the last frame of
my intro as a kind of start page
with buttons etc. to link to the rest of my webpage. So I assume I should copy
that last frame into movieclips that will then make up my other sections.
But I wanna keep the page free from clipping when changing sections within the
page i.e I wanna keep my
menu and buttons the same no matter what happens on the stage. How do I go
about doing that.

In general how do I create smooth transitions between different sections of my
one-frame homepage
if I wanna animate almost the whole scene when changing section.

Hope you understood my questions and thx for listening/ AquaStealth
