Duplicating menus

I've crafted a tidy lille animating menu with a rollover that pops up some text
[to be used as links] I want to create several of these and as this one is
contained neatly in a layer folder, I wondered if there was anyway of
duplicating it [like in photoshop] so I don't have to build each menu section
from scratch.

copy paste frames... eighter this or make it again...
