| If you are talking about the buttons, it looks like they used images imported
from Fireworks or Photoshop. On the rollover image, it's got a vertical motion
blur on the image. Quite possibly a glow filter too.
Of course there are 1000 ways to skin a cat in Photoshop though. :)

| Ok simple question but I seem to forgotten how to do this in flash. It's been a long time since I've used it. How do I add a glow?

| You could use the Glow Filter in Flash 8. I could explain but I think the Help in Flash would do a more thorough job. It's got a lot to say on the subject.

| It's telling me to use the filsters in the property inspector but I'm not seeing the filters in it.

| Are you applying it to a movieclip? Select the movieclip and if you're in Flash
8, there's a tab at the top of the Properties panel for Filters. This will not
be there if you are using any version prior to Flash 8.

| I am using Flash 8 and yes I am using it in a movie.

| You should see the tab on the Property panels if the movie clip is selected.
