need to smooth glitchy scrollbar

| Can anyone help with smoothing scrollbar, it scrolls glitchy, it's not smooth.
I'm using flash version 6.

| It runs smootly on my browser IE7 w/ cable modem.
How do you get the scroll to work up and down. I'm having a hard time
designing a smooth scroll. I want one without the bar, just the up and down
arows.
