I have a site that I am building from a template. Here's a link to it...

How would you handle loading other pages on this site... For example - select
the about us image (1st on the left) then on the new page that loads below it,
there are some areas for links to other pages on the site.

1. Would you load the new linked to page in the same area that just loaded
(below the about us image)

or

2. Would you load a new html page?
a. I would like to keep the sound running

I am new to flash but not new to C programming so I am trying to find the best
way to do this from others that have more experience than me...

One way:

Put on Trigger:
on(release) {
loadMovie("aboutus.swf", holder);
}

On root timeline:
Create a emplty movieClip name it holder
place the holder mc on the timeline
click on the holder mc once and give it an instance name (This box is in the
properties panel below the canvas)

The "aboutus.swf will be loaded into the holder mc

Thanks! I will try it...

Just another question if you have any ideas. On the new mc that will be
loaded in the bottom, I want to have some areas of text that the user would
click on to load another mc right over the same location as the one where the
text was.

1. Is it possible to do that - load of the mc... or should I unload the move
then load the new one?

2. would I set up the text as a button to accomplish that? Similar to a url
link on a html page...

Hello my name is William .
I have been having this error message every time I try to open Macro media
Flash 8 or I should every time I click on a flash file that is in red
Windows Cannot Find C:MY sight iron storm editable file\intro.Fla'. Make sure
you typed name correctly to search for a file,
Click on the start button, and then click search

This happen every time I click on the
C:\PROGRA~1\MACROM~1\FLASH8~2\Flash.exec,1

Ok now after I click on the x to close the error message then the flash
program open

Ok now when I do open and flash file there are no files in the library
Now after I do get the photos in the library once I click on and photos to re
place 125 by125 and try to test the movie it will not run \
and in all my flash file will not run or open when i test the movie
please help me thanks pulling out my hair
