Author What would YOU charge?

How much would you charge if someone wanted a site built entirely with
flash and resemble the look and feel of this web site (
http://www.alfiemovie.com ), but without the video. Click on the "Enter
Alfie's World" logo/title to see the flash content.

Any other advice on how much to charge for Flash content would be
helpful too.

Thank you,
Joe

What do you mean, "Nothing there"?

Did you close the pop-up window, then click on the Alfie logo in the
center of the page? Or, are you just being sarcastic?

i would have to charge nothing because it immediately redirects to:
http://www.alfiemovie.com/noflash/noflash.html

their flash detection is out dated and/or broken. cant see the site.

as for charging see this:

I just got a 404 like Joe S. said.

I wasn't being sarcastic. Even when I switch the popup blocker off I just
get a 404. What else can anyone get from a 404 there's no code there. So I'd
charge nothing. I think that's only fair.

The website is pretty cool to look at, if that is all the customer wants. As
far as pricing, the link provided by Chris is useful for beginners and
freelancers looking for work. I would highly recomend to come up with you
price based off of costs, but also to included a "one time fix-er-up" at the
end of the process. Most clients will o.k. everything throughout the process,
but when they see the final product, it always needs a few more tweeks. This
is where a lot of the bad feelings start.... so give them a free- "fix it one
more time at the end" and make it clear anything beyond that is extra. Good
luck!
