inactive combobox in loaded movie

| I have one main swf movie which calls (loadmovie in a target) a child swf
movie. The child swf contains a combobox component which works perfectly fine
when this child swf is run on its own. However when called within the main swf,
the combobox no longer reacts, showing a yellow frame around it when it should
drop as it is clicked...
Does anyone know what this is due to and how I could solve it ?
Thanks

| Components don't work when loaded into a parent. The only real solution
would be to create your own combo box.

| Now that's very disappointing ! Especially since this did use to work under MX... Strange upgrade, here.
Thanks a lot for the info.
