:confused;

Our company has a Powerpoint presentation that has been given a little extra
"pizazz" by means of embedding a few flash presentations into Powerpoint slides.

Some of our sales force is able to view the flash presentations. A few only
see the opening picture, with no music. The flash presentation does not advance
any further than the opening picture.

Help!!

Maybe it could be the player version they have installed? What is the
swf player target?
