Please Help with Flash Intro

Hi, I have a software i'm sure everyone know about it, trendyflash it makes
cool intro pages. The Problem i'm having is on one computer i can see it fine
but on another all i see is a black page with white box in the middle.

| more info please....
like a url, or specifics as to what player you published for and what player you are testing with.
also, i dont speak for anyone but i never heard of "Trendy Flash" before.

thats not software - they are templates - are you using Flash?
