Hi, I have seen several flash sites whereby the background image scales up and down when the window size is changed. How do I do this?

Publish your Flash file using 100% width and height in the html publish settings. Then when the page is resized the flash file
resizes to fit the page. It distorts bitmaps so colored patterns or fills are better for this than a bitmap is.

If you want to have only the background image resize and not the rest of the stuff you can selectively resize like in this example..

is there anyway you can keep a swf file to lock to the bottom of the browser??
ive set flash to align at the centre bottom...but..if my usuer disables "Google
Toolbar" or does not have it, then the menu on my site floats in mid air. to
make it look more aesthetically pleasing i'd prefer that when the toolbar is
closed (or window resized) the menu bar locks to the bottom of the browser??
