Flash Site Design - target _blank isn't opening in new window

target _blank isn't opening in new window

does anyone have any idea why a link (text) with a target of blank inside a
draggable might not open up in a new window?

if you go to www.epitomegirl.com - click on design and the very first
button/image under design (with lots of red in it) - the link "all things
considered" at the bottom of this file isn't coming up in a new window even
though i've checked and double checked and it's a _blank target.

It does open in a new window for me. IE6, XP, PC.
Make sure you empty your cache between versions to get the latest changes.
Or could it be a browser setting?
