I need someone to design a flash menu that I can customize. I will
provide the artwork, but I must be able to add or remove menu buttons.
I should also be able to add a sound if wanted. (A small wav file
or whatever format is best)

This menu will be for a guy named Webb. There will be a small
cobweb in the upper left top corner of the webpage. (This does not
have to be part of the flash annimation, but it can be if it's
easier.)

When the page is opened, a custom-artwork spider drops from the web
to a position just below the last menu button, and hangs there
bouncing slightly at the end of his web-line. (artwork for spider
and buttons will be provided)

The menu buttons will be rectangular buttons with a cobweb design.
They will be placed in a margin far enough from the left hand edge
for the spider to drop down beside it without covering the entire
button.

When you hover over one of the buttons, the spider graphic should
move back up the web-line to a position directly beside and to the
left, partially covering the button, while the button flashes or
bulges or reacts in some way until you click it. Once the new page
opens, the spider makes it's way back to it's resting spot under
the lowest menu button.

The spider image, which is the company logo is located here: <a target=_blank

It</a> is a vector graphic created in Adobe Illustrator.
