| How do I lock the screen resolution to 800x600 no matter what resolution the person viewing my site has in place?

| Do you mean you don't want the Flash movie to scale? You can't lock the
browser size to anything... but you can keep your Flash movie it's original
size. You do that in Publish Settings > HTML tab. I believe all you need is
to set the Dimensions to Match Movie. I keep Scale set to Default (Show All)
and my movies never scale...

| But what if I don't want my browser set to 800x600? It is my computer, keep
your hands off it.
What you really want to do is to learn to design a web page where the user can
determine what size window is appropriate.

| No, what I really want to do is this. When a person puts in www.blahblah.com, that the screen comes up with 800x600 resolution and not just fit inside the resolution they are currently viewing in.
