Author removal of scrollpane coponet border in Flash 8

Hello, I am wondering if anyone could help me with this problem, I am using a
scrollpane componet and want the green border that appears when scrolling to be
removed. I have used a action script file that removes the border, when I am
testing the swf, although once uploaded to my sever it reappears.

Any suggestions as I am pulling out my hair!!!!!!!!
