Hi all,

I wanted to create mouseover effect on the images (same as on home page of
www.netsuite.com - with 3 heading starting with (1) NetSuite introduces... (2)
NetSuite dashboards provide... (3) NetSuite named market... ) so that when
visitor I move mouse on any of these images it goes up, again if I move mouse
up then image goes down. The same thing happens with the other 2 images. Also I
wanted to create different link for each of these images. (Please refer to
www.netsuite.com for reference).

Do anybody know how to create this kind of effect.. U can send me email at
