Author preloader question

i'm unclear about the process for building simple preloaders for flash slide
shows. when starting a new doc in flash, you have the option of creating a
regular flash doc or a flash slide show doc - but if you create the slide show
doc, the user has no options for adding scenes. is there anyone who can suggest
how to add a preloader to a slide show - or does the slide show have to be made
in a regular flash doc. i do websites for many high school sports teams and
event photos are much easier to show in slide shows than having tons of
thumnails - and flash slide shows are very small in files size. i'd just like a
simple preloader during the download time so there's not just a blank page
area. any and all suggestions are appreciated. email preferred.jagrivera@mac.com

one solution would be to use software such as SWF, Lock & Load to
generate your preloader for you
