I have just been introduced to macromedia studio ( though i have started with
dreamweaver and fireworks and iam getting pretty good at using them) i find it
difficult to use flash. Right now i will probably settle for some effects with
text and images that change on there own. I find it difficult to follow the
help tutorial, can anyone give me a lesson on simple but cool tips on this on
direct me to a free site where i can learn how to use this awesome software?

Hi,
My advice would be to use the help files that come with flash (F1).
Sites which have tutlorials - flashkit.com, kirupa, gotoAndLearn.com, etc.
