Hello - I have been trying to figure out the solution, but no luck yet. View the problem at the below link:

perhaps you need to explain your issue more clearly - delete 45 pixels from the top of what? the
html? the flash stage? your link directs us to the source code and it's hundreds of lines long - be
specific or at least help us help you by describing your issue clearly here and telling us what
steps you have already tried to solve it and why they are not working.

MORE EXPLANATION:

The link just descibes what I am trying to achieve - I put the sceenshots to
make things clear.

I have the .fla file and I am trying to edit it for my website. The top bar is
45px in height, but my logo is 100px in height (I cannot or should not shrink
the size of the logo). So, I will either need to make the top bar 100px in size
or remove it completely, so I can just put a .gif logo.

I tried to do "Modify Document" and reduce the height, but it takes it OFF
from the bottom, but not the top.

Hope this is clear. Ask if you dont understand. Thank you.
