Author How do i send an enquiry form's infomation back to me?

I have created an enquiry form in flash and all my text fields work and can be
filled in.
But the only thing is, that means nothing if I can't have the info that the
public will fill in sent to me!!

Can anyone help me out and let me know what I have to do to SEND the form back
to my email inbox?
