I am currently trying out Flash 8 Pro. I am fairly new to the flash world. I
have tried many different ideas proposed on this board about the scroll panels
and have had no luck.

When I try to add a scroll panel regardless of what information i want to have
in it, it only loads a white screen with no scroll bars.

I open a brand new site and it will work fine but if I try it in the site that
I have been working on it will not work.

I am sorry if I am not giving enough information if you need more just ask I
am like I said new to flash.
