I am having an unusual problem with an html/ flash page. the navigation is in
flash, and is transparent, using w-mode. the content sits in a layer above the
flash. So, the problem is, in internet explorer 6, images in the html are not
visible. This is true for all images in the html part of the pages, not just
images overlaped by the flash.

The images are visible in firefox, and safari, and you can right click were
the image should be in IE, and you have the option to "show image", which
works. Does anyone know why this could be happening? is there some security
setting with ie that is doing this? It's not just my Internet Explorer, this
happens on other machines too. to look at the site, go to
https://www.asfgroup.com.au/ddcs. Anyway, this is very frustrating, any ideas
anyone?

As repeatedly advised in this group .. NEVER EVER use transparent wmode ..
it is buggy.

Yeah, I may have to rethink the site, but it woudl be preferable to use wmode,
if at all possible. Sorry about the bad link, it shoud

I am further puzzled because everything works fine locally, but not from our
server.

Any thoughts, or is it just too buggy to fix?

In IE, if I right-click where the pictures should be, I can select 'show
picture' and they appear .. odd.
