I have set my hompage as a flash image on a html page using dreamweaver 8. I
have set the page to look how i want it on a 800 x 600 res. When I view the
site in 1024 x 768 the flash image is more to the top left hand corner. can you
set it up so it can detect the user res and fit there screen. the site is

I have tried changing the setting in dreamweaver to auto high for quality and
absolute middle for position and exact fit for scale, but it seems to want
values in the width and height box. I'm not sure how you put it in as a
percentage rather than a size.
im greatful for any help

lol i figured out what u ment by percent. i did not know u could publish a .fla
into html in flash, all this time I've been loading the .swf into dreamweaver
and ajusting it from there, if anyone is having same problems i went to publish
settings in flash 8 on the properties menu. clicked on the html tab and select
percentage form the dimensions drop down menu and set to 100%. i then selected
exact fit from the scale drop down menu. I then closed the puplish settings box
and went to file and publish. i uploaded this to my server and it worked a
treat.
thanks for help
