| Hi. I am having dificulties with mainting graphical integrity of text. When I
export movie it simply looks compressed and highly unclean. I have made sure
that integers corresponding to XY values are while numbers. I have tried
antialias.
I have also tried researching Truetype, but can't find appropriate program
which downloads on MACOS10.4.5.
I am using Flash 8. What is the standard text used for flash which can avoid
this problem? Another Question if I may, What is the type called that I see on
most flash sites, it is clean pixel thin and squarish looking, it also only
shows up fairly small, I like it. Help.

| Im not sure what you mean by proper program to download, i am on mac osx 10.4
and i have no problems downloading fonts?
I have found you have to play around with the fonts alot in flash, right now
at work im banging my head because my fonts look like crap on this project.
The quickest solution would be device/bitmap fonts, they dont anti-alias at
all, and you can find fonts made specifically for this option in flash. You can
get them in various sizes, though they generally run at 8px- ive seen them up
to about 12, more reasonable by design standards.
Good luck!
