Just make the static textbox, set alignment from right to left, and then
every (couple of frames) you create a keyframe in which you just add a
character. That should do the (very easy) trick... :/

Or, as Arabi isn't typewriter compliant, you have the entire text typed
out, with a mask on top of it. You motion tween the mask, moving it away
revealing the text.
