| hi all,
tis my first post, i was wounderin if any one could assist me in making or finding this dynamic menu.....i have tried numerous times and searched high n low for a menu which is created in flash, loading the button states from XML and having css applied to the text XML loads in.
i have managed to load from xml:- the image and the text into the correct position and on click state but cant get it to then do a rollover!
i can load a png file or an swf file as the image button, my problem with this is the button.swf i load loses its rollover actions and is just its first state loaded in.......if i use the png file as the button i then am stuck with the rollover state onRollover swap image from the XML file....
i tried then to approach this from a differet angle and manged to get a menu which loads in the XML button text and onClick state but used a rollover from a -movieClip-; not an imported movie as i did first time, the problem wiv this 1 is once i have applied the XML text to the correct button i now cant get the css to load.........
so i have 1 menu that loads XML and applys css but; no rollover
and the other menu loads XML and has rollover state; but no css
so any ideas would be greatly appreciated
is there any code that allows a button.swf when loaded from XML into a movieClip keep its rollover/or animations states :
