hello,
about your problems.. well usually on the web sites.. if they want to load
quickly and also have music, the music is streaming, so it doesn't load at the
begining with the whole movie, but as it plays. and about your other problem..
quality.. well when you export the movie flash automaticly converts the sound
into mp3s 16kbps mono .. so they sound like crap.. the point is that you can
change this in the publish setting(File>Publish Settings). after the settings
window is open, click on the flash tab. you will see somehwere audio
stream and audio event . and in the right of them you will see two
buttons(Set) .. clik on each of them to set the audio as you like. then test
you movie again. it should sound better, but also, should load even slower,
because the quality of the sound is greater..
if you want to learn how to stream mp3s .. try to find some tutorials on the
web.. you should be able to find something itnereesting quickly.. i haven't
done this before, so i can't tell you exactly how to do it..
