Audio Sound loading, any way to fix it?

Can someone tell me how music is loaded so quickly and sound so good on this
site, its a very cool flash site but when i tend to add audio to my site its
very slow, i get blank screen before it loads and sound quality is terrible.
Can someone give me any good pointers in making your audio sound very good,
but also fast.
Im am in the process of creating my own music player but even when i add a
single audio hit like a snare to a button, it sounds great on my pc but
terrible on the net?? why is this?
