Stopallsounds is NOT supposed to stop sounds in other players within the web
page. SWF movies should not interfere with each other like that.

That is a 'bug' that has been recently fixed in Flash player 9.

You'll need to do things differently (eg have your SWF files talk to each
other directly or via the browser so that they can be told to
stopAllSounds()).
