Flash Site Design - Image/thumbnail tutorial?

Image/thumbnail tutorial?

I have a thumbnailer, and all I need to do is point to the location of the
thumbanail....how do I do that?

on(release){
this.loadMovie("anim1.swf",GET);
}

I can't find a tutorial on how to do this...I know it goes where "get" is,
but how do I make the file and/or point it to it so it loads the pics when
uploaded???

The readme doesn't say how, it just says "point it to the location of the
image"...
