newbie - need help with adding a "button"

at our website at www.riversoft.net I need to insert a new button after "SAM"
and before "RiverSoft Plus" named "On Your Side". I am not clear how to insert
a new button on the "layer". Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.:confused;
