Author Preloading multiple SWF Files

I created a site, that is broken up into multiple SWF files, such as a
navigation, background, and so forth. I also created a preloader swf file, but
I'm having trouble in loading the main swf files, is there an easy way to
create one. Any help would be appreciated, if you need the fla file please
contact me via email.
