| Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me. I have a website (www.moniquewiley.ca) and
the buttons on are being very glitchy. When I test it in Flash (version 5)
everything works fine. When I load it to the internet the buttons go to
different sites and some of them you have to click on more than once for them
to work. Check my site and out and you can see what I mean.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

| I do see what you mean. Check your actionscript first. And can you explain to me how you did the whole website in just one flash file.

| I don't know what actionscript is.
When I made the website I just linked all the scenes in the same file.
Should've I done it a different way? I am knew to flash I am only taking what I
learned in school, which wasn't much.
Any suggestions?

| Can you explain how you linked the scenes? Make sure you linked them to the correct scene.

| Yes, I have definitely checked it over and over! I linked them through actions
and go to.
Is it possible this is happening because I have a lot of pictures? This is
really annoying because I have put a lot of work into this!

| Right! Instead of linking the buttons to a scene, link them to a frame.

| nice concept(i checked the site) but it need preloaders.to be able to use
buttons in flash u must know some basics of actionscript!or use flash mx
instead of flash mx 2004 its easier to use actionscripts there

| I don't know how to make a frame. I'm sorry I guess I should just try to get
someone to make my website, I just can't afford it that's why I was trying to
do it myself.
If you know of a website that can teach me this that would be great. I'm using
Flash 5 by the way.

| well you need a complete beginner guide and that is hard to find try
actionscript.org but i dont think that will be enough to solve your problems.
Well i am a webmaster and i can do your site for really cheap suggest a price
ill see what i can do. Im already well of with my job if i am proposing you
this its just to help you not for money but i guess i cant do anything for free
