Author Interactive Application for designing custom labels online

We are a label printing company. I would like to add the ability for
customers to design their own custom labels online. I've seen this done on
other websites such as found at <http://ocprintshop.clickprint.com> This
looks like it may have been developed with Flash. Just wondering if anyone
knows of either off-the-shelf ability or a Flash developer that can
accomplish this.
