| All Scenes in movie have to be the same frame rate... only thing I can
suggest is to set it all at 24 and then add frames to your scenes that you
want at 12 fps... double the amount of frames in those scenes...

| You cannot ... except by using setInterval to simulate faster playback in the second scene or by simply making the timelines for
tweens shorter on the second scene.

| use a hub
don't use scenes, you cannot do this with scenes as fps applies to an entire
file.
make small movies
use script to load them into a place holder in your hub
