Are you asking that the flash swf doesn't play within Dreamweaver or
that when you add the necessary object tags it isn't adding it correctly?

Referring to Flash playing in Dreamweaver:

Flash does not run within dreamweaver to my knowledge unless you hit the
Play button in the properties panel (Someone correct me on this I'm not
a frequent Dreamweaver user). It'll show as an object within
Dreamweaver, but it will play when you view the page you develop in the
browser.

Now I'm confused.

Do you want the browser to shake? or the SWF file?

The code you showed shakes the entire browser window, From what it
sounds like you wnat to be able to control when the browser shakes by
commands from within the flash?

For this you'll want to try using the fs_command to make javascript
calls from within flash. there is extra documentation in the Flash Help
about fs_command that you may want to read.

lol... No, no, no.. They are two seperate entities.. I want to make the browser
shake when the lodaing bar is finished lodaing my flash animtation(an object
that blows up).. They go hand in hand.. I am having problems making the
browser shake once the animation plays and I am having a problem calling the
progressBar(swf file) to animate while my file is loading.

Well in any case, the fscommand is the tool you would use to make a call
to the actionscript to make the browser shake. You'd simply make the
fscommand call at the point that you want, and in your case it is when
the loading bar has finished loading your flash animation.
