Author Flash Slide Presentation - Saving Templates

We have built a base presentation and supporting slides to insert. We have
saved the slides individually by copying the slide graphics into the empty
parent screen and then Save As Template: We then filled in the Name, Category,
and Description but we have no preview...

How do you save a template slide, with a Preview of the slide?

Please let me know...

In addition, we found that based upon which patch you have running, that the
Template folder is built under your local settings folder, but way down under
Documents and Settings/*UserProfile*/ Local Settings/Application
Data/Macromeida/Flash MX 2004/en/Configuration/ and then finally Templates.

But when we upgraded to the new 7.2 patch, it moved the entire directory under
Program Files/Macromedia/Flash MX/en/Configuration/Templates.

In addition, it keeps crashing hard when ever we go to import a new saved
screen. Therefore, we thought our screen templates were bad, but now it
crashes using the standard screen that came with Flash MX.

I need a tutorial or help file on "how-to save slides as templates" and view
the preview.
