Hi,

imagine a layer with a botton named X on it.

now imagine a layer on top the layer mentioned above, however with a solid
rectangle with transparency = 100%

my problem is that when my mouse passes over this rectangle, i still get
hover effect of Button X and my mouse arrow turns into a "hand cursor"

how do i over come this problem?
