I am trying to make the movie load some preexistent text called "text.txt". I
saved it on the same folder as my .Fla file. Do I have to put it into library,
if so, how do I do it.

I tried to write " loadVariables("text.txt"); ", but it shows pasted under

1, layer=Texto, frame=1:Line 1: Wrong number of parameters; loadVariables
requires between 2 and 3.
loadVariables("text.txt");

what parameters?? what do 2 and 3 mean?
yet again, should I be putting text.txt into the library?

hello.
the loadvariables function, needs at least 2 parametres.
try loadvariables("text.txt",this.variables_mc);
where variables_mc is a movie symbol that is located at the same level as the
code.
i hope you understand..
