it's a blurred effect under trabajos > portfolio

it looks simple but i'm not sure how it could be done. it's an overlay that
gives a blurred view of the background when the link is clicked. it doesn't
look like it's just a blurred view of the image then masked or... stretched
down to the desired size. could it be a jump around the timeline or a separate
movie clip? i don't know, in either case what makes that blurred overlay?

many thanks in advance.

Hiya - usually this is achieved through importing a blurred graphic that
overlays exactly over the normal background. SO:
- create your background
- then create another graphic just of the section you want to blur
- import both into Flash

Now for the animation:
- stick the normal background on a layer
- stick the blurred graphic on a higher layer and make sure it matches
exactly
with the background
- create a mask layer in flash above the blurred graphic layer so that the
blur
graphic doesn't show until you want it to
- tween that box / mask down from the strip to the same size as the blurred
background graphic at the relevant point in your movie and voila - you're
done!

Hope this helps
