Can ayone recommend a source where a I can locate a designer to create a cool Flash intro for a Web site?

there's a job oppurtunity forum here on MM's site.
there's also www.kirupa.com forums, werehere.com forums, AWN.com forums
and www.flashfilmmaker.com forums where you will find tons of flashers
just waiting for jobs.
