| hi, i am trying to make my annimation appear as if the camera is panning across
and back, i know how to do this with motion tweening, but as the image goes
past the canvas edge the graphic is still visable, is it possible to make the
graphics outside the canvas area not visable, also is it possible to make an
object fade using flash or do i have to do this individualy in
photoshop...thanks...jon

| When you are testing the movie, they will be visible off stage, however,
once published and embedded into an HTML page, they will not. Only the
stage and what it on it will be visible.
You can tween an object opacity by converting it to a symbol, then applying
key frames and adjusting the ALPHA for each key frame, then apply a motion
tween.
HTH!
