Not sure what you mean but doesn't drawing a shape teh same size and shape as your button in the hit frame work? It can be any colour as it wotn show up

Yup yup. As long as the Hit area is ONLY in the Hit Frame, it doesn't matter what color it is. It won't be seen in the movie.

The hit area frame within the button is the solution!
