I am have minimal technical skills so I need "Help for Dummies" here!

On my website, I have a flash file (a slideshow) that always worked fine in
both Explorer and Firefox. No problem. I recently switched webhosts and
reloaded my site. Now the file can be viewed in Firefox but is blank in
Explorer. Except for being on a new server, nothing else has changed. I never
edited the file in any way.

The file was not created by me. I don't have Flash. The person who created
the file for me isn't easy to get in touch with so I'm trying to find out if
there is something I can do on my end. I did notice that at my source file if
I go to "General" under Properties, there are boxes for "Internet Explorere
Code Base" and "Internet Explorer Class ID". Would either of those have
anything to do with my file not working in Explorer?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Do you have both Firefox and Explorer so you can compare? Thanks!

cannot be displayed in either browser .. just black box for Firefox and IE.

your images.xml is there ok, but it looks like the image files like
Images/duluth_exterior.jpg etc are not there. So maybe you didn't get all
your files transferred correctly.

You know, I did recently change the name of the folder those images are in from
"Images" to "images". So maybe the paths are wrong on those? I'll see if that
is it. Like I said I'm not very technical minded but I'm going to try!

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at it for me. I really
appreciate it!

I changed the handles for all the jpgs in "images.xml" to the new folder. But how do I direct the the main file to pick those up?

I'm not sure ... looks like all you should need to do is change the xml.
Although you may need to clear your internet cache in case the .xml file is
being cached and you're not getting the new one. Also ..try all the paths
to the images directly in the address bar in your browser to ensure they are
accessible.
