I've been trying to create a nav bar for my site for quite some time. I know
how to make a simple rollover, but i've been trying to make a movie clip
rollover scheme. I know how to make the movie clip, and i know how to make the
button, but i dont know how to make them one. could someone help me?

dont know what ur trying here. Just type stop() in the actions of th first
frame of the movie clip ur trying to control.

should be on (rollOver){
This will also get rid of the third error
