U/I Dials & Gauges - any suggestions?

I am starting a new project in Flash. I'm looking for some cool U/I Dials and
Gauges to display near-real-time results. I have a small budget to purchase
components but no time to build. I need the components ASAP!!! Any
suggestions (please provide URLs)? Thanks CRS
