Hello everybody, I've been browsing this forum and there is a lot of useful information! I'm a student at USC, and I am currently the web developer for an on campus organization. The website is created by Flash MX2004, and was working fine. Then one day it reached 10MB and it refused to publish. I deleted a bunch of things, and got it down to less than 7MB ( like 6.8 or 6.9) and it still gives me the same error when i try to publish.

My PC specs are: P4 3.2 GHz, 512MB RAM - i think thats all you'd need.

This is really frustrating, especially due to the fact that i haven't been able to fix it. I know a way to fix it is to buy more RAM, but like i said i'm a poor college student...no money for RAM. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated...any PCs that anybody has that would let me publish on would be appreciated as well...i'm desperate.

Just in case anybody else ever has this problem...

I proeeded to break up the website into about 17 different pieces, then use frontpage to link them together...it was very teadious but was working well. I came across my slide that had the error! I have no idea what the hell was wrong with it, however i deleted it and the website published fine. i have no XXXXen idea what was wrong. if anybody wants to take a look to let me know i'll send you the flash file.
