Hi

I've been struggling with this for quite some time now... If you have the
safari browser and a bit of time to spare, please take a look at:
http://www.positivenewmedia.co.uk/p...ritest/news.htm

Within the same paragraph do you see random lines of smooth text in amongst
lines of crisp text? - I think I've narrowed it down to lines which contain a '
or ". If you are also noticing this (even if you don't have a solution) please
just let me know.

I have found a way to address the problem but it entails adjusting the
appearance settings on the mac. ie on the end-users computer. (Not the ideal
solution). If anyone can think of a way that I could overcome this issue
(without instructing mac-users to adjust their appearance settings) , please
let me know - it will be most appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Safari.
