Flash Site Design - UIScroll missing from components

Hello Wise ones,

For whatever reason the UIScroll is missing from components.

Can you help me find and replace it? Or else how can I make a scrollable text
box without it? The other "Scrollbar" in the menu is not working.

I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro.

Every multi-line dynamic text box has the attribute "scroll" which can be read
or written in your AS. You should be able to create a button that subtracts
from yourTextBox_txt.scroll to scroll up and adds to it to scroll down...
That's the quickest way.
