Flash v5. Problem with layers
|
|
|
| :confused;
I have animated a line drawing in flash. The technique I used was by using
layers. The bottom layer is the final image that will be drawn out. I have
hidden the bottom final image by creating white lines on separate layers over
it which gradually slide away as the animation progesses along the timeline. My
frustration is a technical one, even though the white lines which are on the
top layer and the stroke widths are slightly wider, I can still see some of the
lines of the drawing that are underneath. I can't work out why this happens.
Appreciate any ideas.

| Have you tried using masks to reveal the drawing beneath? You're trying to recreate the effect that they provide anyway.
Good luck!
