if i finish my flash site and want to post it on the web ... do i post it as an HTML is there any recomendations of how to do this or the best way...

goto file/publish settings and set your html preferences, there is also an
extension on macromedia exchange

http://www.macromedia.com/exchange/em_download/

for flash, centered that is quite useful if thats what you require.
